The process, step by step

ABEK impregnation
Carbon is impregnated with specific reagents: triethylenediamine (TEDA), KI, and other agents that chemically react with toxic gases.

Cartridge filling
Impregnated carbon is filled into cartridge bodies to precise mesh-controlled tolerances. Packing density affects cartridge service life.

Penetration testing
Finished cartridges are tested for breakthrough time against standard challenge agents per EN 14387 and NATO STANAG protocols.
